Great news all!
I started what was a stressful day that could have led me straight to the cookies.
Instead, I opted for a brief conversation and some deep breathing. The result- I won the sugar battle day one and two and three.
Before you get too excited keep this in mind.
Food manufacturers put sugar into everything. I found out that both my beloved cashew milk and oat milk have sugar in them.
Small amounts.
So it was not a totally sugar free day.

I’m thinking about limiting the sugar intake to what’s in the milk.
Hey, you gotta start somewhere.
Having two tablespoons of milk a day that contains sugar is better than three cookies.
Today I will add five minutes of exercising to the mix.
Have you tried Zumba using the Proud Mary routine? You will truly get your life.
Back to the sugar habit and giving it the boot.
